new crystal castles is now out on 12"
It features some music that they previously recorded before they added tha beautiful electro sound that we have all come to know and love.

Now their new album won't hit stores till june, but they have released some new material and are currently touring with new material, out on their June release. as far as I can tell all of the material is really awesome thus far. They are doing their electropunk thing that no one else(besides maybe the designer drugs, bloody beetroots, or vitalic) has yet to monopolize.

I saw them perform the self-titled Crystal Castles earlier last year at the Bowery and was amazed at how shitty the crowd was(clad in yuppie apparel and blackberrys) and how blatantly original Alice and her DJ dopplegang were.

The more i listen to the new album the more excited I am about hardfest.
